Welcome to my website of sparkling ceramics!

First of all an announcement! I’m really happy to have recently been awarded the Brighton Artists Open House ‘Artist of the Year’ prize for this tea set, created in collaboration with Stuart Pearson Wright. The work features and is inspired by Stuart’s masterful paintings  and monoprints and will grace the publicity for next year’s AOH event.

Summer is still fresh in my mind and it’s been amazing, The Larmer Tree festival, Camp Bestival, and Wilderness were all fun filled festivals that I’m already chomping at the bit to get back to next summer. But for now, Christmas  looms and already there are several of my pieces destined for twinkly wrapping and pole position under the Christmas tree. We’re manically busy here at the studio making rows of delicious  new trinkets, lots of gorgeous collectable  jugs and bowls in bigger sizes and new designs, and we’re particularly excited about unveiling our new ‘Marjorie’s Drawers’ collection. It’s simple, floral, understated. yet vibrantly colourful and kitsch, and is as yet unfinished! Like us on Face book to see pics of the collection as it emerges.

Small collections of my ceramics can be found in a number of shops and galleries around the UK, all listed on the ‘stockists’ page. I will be exhibiting at Made 2012 at the Corn Exchange in Brighton from 23- 25th November followed by the East London Design Show at Shoreditch Town hall, 7- 9th Dec, and The Secret Emporium Christmas Market , somewhere in Shoreditch from 14- 16th Dec.

If you’d like to buy work you can see here just get in touch for prices and availability. All  Christmas orders must be received by Friday 30th November, after that date the studio will be closed and unable to process orders.

If you’d like to be kept up to date with new designs, events, etc join my mailing list by sending a blank email with ‘ceramics mailing list’ as the subject to potteryparlour@yahoo.com or use the form here.

Here is a little review of my work on ‘The Small Galleon’, a treasure trove of wonderful things and ideas. And this is nice too.
