UK POSTAGE
Standard postage for one item within the U.K is £5.00, this is a second class delivery and will take from 2- 10 working days- we'll let you know as soon as your parcel is on its way to you.
If you purchase multiple items you will be refunded for any postage that has been overpaid.
If you need your purchase delivered sooner this is no problem, just contact us at hellopotteryparlour@gmail.com. There may be a surcharge for faster delivery, we'll let you know if necessary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international postage, please just place your order (paying the UK postage) and we will be in touch with the top up amount needed to cover the international postage cost.
Approx Shipping Prices:
Europe: £18 for 1 item, £5 for each additional item // Rest of the World: £25 for 1 item, £5 for each additional item.
RETURNS POLICY: If for any reason you don't like an item when it arrives, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it and you will be issued wth a full refund.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Should you receive a damaged or broken item please contact us within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
